Acceptance of Cardinal Yacht Sales Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of www.cardinalyachtsales.com (“Site”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Site.
Credit card details
As part of the checkout and payment process for online orders, Cardinal Yacht Sales will ask you for your credit card information. Your connection to the site is protected using the latest encryption technology. Cardinal Yacht Sales does not keep your complete credit card information on the Site. The credit card information is handled by Authorize.net. More information about how your credit card details are handled can be found at Authorize.net.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. Gift cards that are part of the purchase are not included in the free shipping calculation. Shipping is free for gift cards.
Returns & Exchanges
Cardinal Yacht Sales will work with customers to replace broken or defective products. Customers may submit a request through the Contact Form.
If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt if the returned goods are in unused condition with all original packaging.
Once your return has been received and approved as being in acceptable condition, please allow up to 5 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Cardinal Yacht Sales Site may include links to third party Sites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other Sites is not an endorsement of such Sites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
